The catalyst behind the renovations to Ocean Spray’s existing office and laboratory space at their Lakeville facility was a need for a more modern center. The popular juice manufacturer not only wanted a facility to support their next generation of product development, but wanted to ensure the design furthered the company’s sustainability objectives. The initiative was divided into three main phases, with each receiving architectural installations, finishes for the new flexible lab space, and state-of-the-art equipment such as Biosafety Level 2 cabinets. A/Z’s project team was responsible for the extensive demolition of the existing space and its complete reconfiguration.
