A local manufacturer selected A/Z as itsdesign-build partner for a new CHP system. The team identified and installed a 1.25 MW natural gas-fired generator system to maximize plant efficiency by providing both power and process heating. The project encompassed construction of a standalone central utility building as well as integration into the active process manufacturing plant. The team worked with the client to plan and implement critical construction activities to successfully keep the facility operating throughout the project. Additionally, the system provides the facility with the ability to continue operations in the event of a local utility outage.
