A/Z was selected as construction manager for David Burke Prime, a sprawling steakhouse with seating for 280 patrons. The restaurant features a 28-seat bar and a 1,700-sf private banquet area that can accommodate up to 100 people. The eatery’s centerpiece is a soaring 35-foot-tall wine tower within which guests can enjoy a private dining experience. In typical Burke fashion, the restaurant incorporates a state-of-the-art, in-house dry aging room composed of pink rock salt imported direct from Poland.
