Teva Pharmaceuticals is one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, with a presence in 60+ companies and 43,000 employees. They recently acquired Building 400 in West Chester, PA and the building required modifications. A/Z was tasked to oversee 70,000+ sf of interior upgrades in support of TEVA’s current objectives and its anticipated future growth. This program encompassed three succinct phases of work that will update offices, conference rooms, and various amenities within the facility. Phase 1 encompassed 15 conference rooms, a main 276-person training facility, and upgraded restrooms. Phase 3 consisted of a state-of-the-art fitness center with locker, yoga, and aerobics rooms. Phase 2, currently under construction, includes a 145-seat cafeteria consisting of a complete food preparation kitchen.
