A/Z was engaged to design and build-out new office space for Genzyme’s Manufacturing Sciences & Technologies group within the recently vacated second floor of the 45 NYA facility. The space, designed to accommodate up to 75 professionals, features open office space, conference rooms, meeting areas, and lounges that encourage movement and interaction. The project also included the addition of a new cafeteria. All work was coordinated with a focus on minimizing impacts to sensitive adjacent research buildings on the busy Framingham, MA campus.
