This high-profile project encompassed the expansion of Pfizer’s operational Core Technologies building along with the renovation of a number of key building areas that included office and laboratory space. The initiative, which ultimately encompassed more than 70,000 sf of expansion and improvements, was coordinated in close collaboration with Pfizer personnel to ensure the continuity of daily business operations and without compromising the safety of all building occupants.
