Electrical distribution throughout Connecticut for more than 1.2 million customers is managed by the state’s largest utility, Eversource. A/Z provided construction management services for the total renovation of the Emergency Service Center, which serves as the dispatch point for all local Eversource operations. The project began with extensive demolition and the remediation of lead and asbestos-containing materials. New open and hard wall office space, conference areas, a cafeteria, and training areas were built out, and new high-end architectural finishes were blended seamlessly with pre-existing structural elements.
