As part of major renovations to the Phase 3 & 4 Concourse area in Foxwoods Resort Casino, A/Z was engaged to provide design services for the comprehensive renovation of the food court that serves this area. This initiative encompasses the renovation and re-branding of three adjacent food service venues along with the shared kitchen / prep areas behind the scenes. Our architecture and engineering personnel are working in close collaboration with food service consultants to develop and refine the design for the Foxwoods Deli, Pequot Bay Seafood, and the existing Pizzeria Regina. In addition to a totally refreshed look, much of the design effort is focused on ensuring that food court personnel have all the resources and equipment needed to serve the thousands of patrons that pass through this area every day.
