A/Z provided design-build services for the establishment of a new Arooga’s Grille House and Sports Bar in Warwick, RI. We worked closely with franchiser The Mohegan Tribe to develop a facility that promotes the explosively popular Arooga’s brand image and style. As the design-build lead on this $3 million project, A/Z fit-out an 8,000 SF space to feature a 130-seat dining area and a large bar with space for 30+ patrons as well as 90 additional guests at surrounding bar seating. The facility also includes exterior seasonal seating. The back-of-house areas include a large production kitcen, a dry food storage and prep area, a walk-in food cooler and freezer, and a keg cooler room. The facility also features Arooga’s audio-visual of concept intended to allow patrons to “see every game from every seat” with more than 100 televisions.
