Phillips Academy engaged A/Z to upgrades to the existing below-grade steam piping at the North Crossing on its Andover, MA campus. Existing underground steam piping and structures were abated and removed, and more than 400 linear feet of new insulated steam and condensate direct buried piping were installed.
