National Grid selected A/Z to manage the renovation of its three-story Beverly administration facility. The project encompassed repairs to the exterior masonry façade along with major interior renovations to create an open office environment. The demolition phase of the interior work included an extensive remediation component for the removal of contaminated concrete slab. The project team coordinated the installations of new carpet, paint, and ceilings for the open office areas, crew rooms, and locker areas serving the facility.
