A/Z was responsible for upgrading and expanding the Sunrise Square complex. Enhanced areas included the bus lobby, players club, retail store, juice bar, marketing offices, and a full food court and service kitchen serving authentic Southeast Asian delicacies. A/Z provided preconstruction and specialty construction services to implement the renovations designed by Rockwell Architecture Planning. All of the work was completed while adjacent spaces remained continuously occupied by patrons and staff.
